Warranty
- All products are made with 92.5 silver.
- Silver has a natural tendency to change its colour when exposed to air/moisture and all it needs is cleaning.
- We provide Silverik’s own Purity Certification of the products.
Repairs
- If the product breaks during usage of the product, kindly send us the picture of the product on our helpline number. Most of the products can be fixed at our end unless the Beeds, Pearl or Stones have been discontinued by us, for those products our team will communicate with you for alternative repairs that can be done.
- Once the products are finalised by both parties then we will arrange for the pick of the product whose shipment cost will be borne by you.
- We will send the repaired piece back to you. Generally repairing of goods attract nominal charges.
